Adult Homes closed in Wenatchee

Wenatchee-Wenatchee had to adult homes closed by the State.    The licenses of Burris Cottage and Miss Ashley’s adult family homes were pulled.   Both failed to conduct a background check on an employee who was on the run after stealing $600,000.   Fredrick L. Nicholson was wanted for theft and fraud in 2011.   He was arrested in February for making false statement to police and DSHS.
