Spring and early summer can offer some of the best camping of the year on the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. If you are camping near rivers or creeks, please be aware that the water can be fast moving, and powerful from spring runoff. Always keep children in sight and within reach of an adult when they are near fast-moving water.
