GS Long Bull Riding Scholarship

Wenatchee, WA –The GS Long Bullriding Blowout held Friday, May 3 and Saturday, May 4 at the Town Toyota Center will provide one $500 scholarship to area FFA students. The scholarship will be presented at the upcoming Bullriding event during Apple Blossom.

Eligible applicants are Future Farmers of America (FFA) students within the Public Facilities District of Greater Wenatchee Regional Events Center in the incorporated areas of Chelan and Douglas counties and/or the cities of Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, Cashmere, Chelan, Rock Island, Waterville and Entiat. Students must fill out the application cover sheet, list of honors, activities and a 100 word or less statement about why you deserve the scholarship. All completed applications must be postmarked by April 15, 2013 and mailed to the North Central Educational Service Foundation. “The NCESD Educational Foundation is happy to partner with the Town Toyota Center in offering this scholarship for FFA students and excited to form another partnership to benefit students in our region,” states Jan Cetto, NCESD Educational Foundation President.
