Man dies in industrial accident at Moses Lake company

(Moses Lake, WA) A Moses Lake man was died yesterday evening during an industrial accident at the Genie Industries plant north of Moses Lake.

Around 7:25 p.m. Dec. 11th, emergency responders were called to the plant at 8987 Graham Road NE. There they found a man whose head had been pinned by falling equipment. He was taken to Samaritan Hospital in Moses Lake where he was pronounced dead a short time later.

The victim’s name is being withheld pending notification of family. The state Department of Labor and Industries is investigating.
