NCW Police officers stop over 850 driversLaw enforcement in Chelan and Douglas counties stopped over 850 drivers during July and August for unsafe driving. Law enforcement arrested 30 people and issued 420 tickets. Extra patrols were funded by the Washington Traffic Safety Commission.
