Teenager gets break in hit-and-run accident

NCW-The teenager that ran over a 3 year old and drove away gets a break.   Natalie M. Reyes 16 must appear and give presentations at area schools in Douglas County about her crime, plus perorm 96 hours of community service.   Deferred disposition is available to juvenile with no criminal history.
