(Wenatchee, WA) Some of the top wines in Washington state will be celebrated at the 2013 North Central Washington Wine Awards on Saturday, August 10th in Wenatchee. The event will take place at the Town Toyota Center from 6pm to 9pm.
Last year’s event featured more than 30 of the region’s top wineries pouring their award-winning varieties, along with tasty eats from some of the area’s finest restaurants and caterers.
This year promises more of the same, but on a grander scale, with the event moving to the Wenatchee arena. More food options, live entertainment and the addition of the region’s growing brewery and distillery industries will make it a night to remember.
Of course, wine remains the focal point, with winners from the NCW Wine Awards taking center stage. Results from the June 5 wine judging moderated by Great Northwest Wine will be announced.
Tickets are $40 per person and include wine, food, beer, cider, spirits, live entertainment and a commemorative wine glass. Tickets can be purchased online at ncwwineawards.com
