Vicky Lee Hoover, 50, of Entiat, passed away at home on Monday morning, August 13, 2012.
She was born on March 23, 1962 at Redding, California the daughter of Theodore and Claudia (Porter) Seymour. She moved to the Anderson California area when she was six years old and attended the Packeo Grade School. While in grade school she was the 8th grade champion Arm Wrestler for both the boys and girls. She then attended Anderson Union High School and Graduated in 1980. She remained in Anderson, California for several more years before moving in the late 1980’s to Graham, Washington. She later moved to Yelm, Washington prior to moving to the Entiat area ten years ago.
She had worked as a nurses assistant in adult care facilities prior to becoming disabled.
She loved to dance and go fishing. She also enjoyed crocheting.
She is survived by three sons and one daughter-in-law, David & Kelli Stivers, Monroe, WA; Robby Serpa-Hoover, Seattle, WA and Danny Hoover, Redding, CA; her mother, Claudia Hytonen, Anderson, CA; her significant other, Scott Leming, Entiat; three brothers, Clarence Hoover, Los Angeles, CA, Gregory Hoover, Yelm, WA and Karl Skinner, Boise, ID and three sisters, Angela Watson, Chico, CA, Brenda Frost and Charlotte Ann Skinner both of Kalamath Falls, OR.
A Family gathering will be held at a later date. Arrangements are in the care of Heritage Memorial Chapel, East Wenatchee.
